This is a demo.
sports-video-coach demodrew the video (a red block running between two cones) and this report is pre-written. With your own video, your agent writes the review and the report from the film.
Bottom line: turn like you did at 00:09: 0.5 s, not 1.5 s.
1. Two of three turns stall at the cone
What the video shows
- 00:04: stops at the right cone for 1.5 s before running back
- 00:14: the same stall, 1.5 s again
Why it happens
- likely: it arrives at full speed and has to stop dead before it can turn
- unclear: the frames cannot show the feet
The correct model
- two short steps, plant the outside foot, push back
Drill
- cone turns: 6 × 10 m, say "short, short, plant" each rep
How to check next time
- every turn under 0.8 s: the four legs then take under 18.5 s (now 19.5 s)
Keep doing
- 00:09: the fast turn, 0.5 s: copy this one
- 00:10–00:14: even pace over the whole leg
Notes
- The times are exact because the video is drawn: legs of 4 s, turns of 1.5 s, 0.5 s and 1.5 s.
